Temporary, part-time attorney to work at North Penn Legal Services in the Wilkes-Barre office at the rate of $25 per hour for approx. 20 hours per week  while regular staff on leave.  This is a non-benefits position.  Duration of need could be three to six months.  Also will consider contractual arrangement with attorney already in practice.

Workload will primarily include: Social Security, Protection from Abuse, and landlord tenant cases.

Only candidates with prior relevant practice experience will be considered.
