Litigation Technology Series: E-Discovery and Collaborative Review of Evidence (Webinar)
The Legal Services National Legal Assistance Project will be holding a webinar entitled, Litigation Technology Series: E-Discovery and Collaborative Review of Evidence, on Friday September 24, 2010 at 2:00 om Eastern. This webinar is free, and is part of a series concentrating on free or low-cost solutions to litigation problems.
This portion of the litigation technology series will focus on e-discovery options for legal aid. After covering the basic concepts and vocabulary, we will discuss several software options. This session will also explore ways in which your current case management software can accomplish some of the same tasks. Then, the creator of Lexbe, a promising web-based application, will explain that program's e-discovery and case analysis functions.
