A webinar entitled Wage Claims will be presented for Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network program staff on December 17, 2010, from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm.
This webinar is a basic primer, including practice points, on bringing wage claims under state and federal law. Topics to be covered include PA Wage Payment and Collection Law; PA Minimum Wage Act; Fair Labor Standards Act; common wage violations; and demand letters. The presenters of this webinar will be advocates from the Community Legal Services Employment unit.
