A webinar entitled Wage Claims was presented for Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network program staff on December 17, 2010.

This webinar was a basic primer, including practice points, on bringing wage claims under state and federal law. Topics covered include PA Wage Payment and Collection Law; PA Minimum Wage Act; Fair Labor Standards Act; common wage violations; and demand letters. The presenters of this webinar were Michael Holander, Esq. and Nadia Hewka, Esq. from the Community Legal Services Employment unit.
