PLAN, Inc. supports and advocates for special project funding, so that the programs of the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network can target issues that arise from time to time, impacting low-income Pennsylvanians. While individual legal services programs regularly review their priorities, and adjust for changing client needs, this special project funding supports increased attention to special client needs on a statewide basis.
